Free speech is all but dead. People with an allegiance to one of the major political parties absolutely can't tolerate views from another side... so we fight amongst ourselves instead of taking a good hard look at what the govt does... no matter what party the asshat in question claims allegiance to.

Nice job govt... this is exactly how I would do it... bet they're surprised it took this long though. Keep the people fighting amongst themselves and they don't have time to fight the govt. Keep them arguing with each other and they pay no attention to the things you do in their name... as their "employees". There is no accountability, hell the bosses don't even give a rat's ass what the hired help does anymore :/
